We are very proud to share this recently published policy paper from Hiba Salem, a Said Foundation student from 2014/2015. Hiba is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Cambridge and her paper focusses on her findings from the research she conducted in 2017. It examines the challenges Syrian refugee students face when studying in Jordan, it delves into their concerns and motivations, and reflects on what it is like to be a refugee student in the country. She also provides some key recommendations in seeking to better support the education and well-being of refugee students.
