Alumna Intima Alrimawi was recently awarded the Virginia Nurses Association 40 Under 40 Award for exceptional nursing leaders (http://www.virginianurses.com/Main-Menu-Category/Foundation/Awards/2018-40-Under-40-Awards.html). The Virginia Nurses Association aims to support the advancement of nursing through recognition, research and innovation. Each year they recognise the work and dedication of nursing professionals from across the world and the Saïd Foundation is very proud that Intima received this prestigious award.

Intima is from Palestine and she was awarded a Saïd Foundation Scholarship in 2009/10 to study for an MSc in Advanced Nursing at the University of Nottingham.
